Methods of Payment

We accept payment by two methods:

Payment by Debit card is free & Credit Cards will incur a transaction charge of 5%, minimum spend for debit card is £5.0.

We accept cheques only upon re-enrolling into swim school.

Enrolment / Sickness Policy

On enrolment to swim school, there will unfortunately be no refund in course fees, if you no longer wish your child to participate in swimming lessons.

However if your child can’t participate due to medical reasons a letter from your doctor must be submitted to Aqua Splash Swim School, before lessons are credited from the following terms course fees.

A fee of 3 lessons from group lessons & a fee of 1 lesson from 1-1 & 2-1 lessons will be deducted from total credited to cover administration costs.
